Introducing our Ceramic Wok Pan with Lid: This professional-grade, ceramic-coated skillet has a 3.7mm aluminum base that heats quickly and ensures even heat distribution. With a diameter of 13 inches, a base diameter of 7.5 inches, a height of 5.5 inches with the lid, and a depth of 3.5 inches, this wok also features handle lengths of 8.5 inches and 2 inches.

Crafted with volcanic minerals, our extra-hard ceramic coating resists scratches and repels liquids, allowing you to cook with less oil and enjoy easier cleanup. The wok accessories include a see-through oven-safe glass lid, which allows you to monitor your food as it cooks. Woks aren't only used for stir-frying; you can use our big wok to steam food, including dumplings, buns, and whole fish.

Our Vesuvio wok is versatile, durable, and easy to clean. It is heat-resistant and oven-safe up to 450°F, allowing you to sear steaks, roasts, chicken, and vegetables on the stovetop and then seamlessly transfer them to the oven for finishing like a professional. You can also use our non-stick ceramic-coated wok for deep frying your favorite foods. This wok works on both electric and gas stoves.

Importantly, our nonstick pans contain no PTFE, PFOA, Lead, or Cadmium. The DaTerra Cucina ceramic 8 qt Dutch oven pot is made with a patented, all-natural, multilayer nonstick coating that will last for years, and an airtight see-through glass and silicone lid is included. Dishwasher safe with liquid detergent, hand wash is recommended.
